The “expert system” that evaluates each position against various professional dimensions is fully configurable by the system administrators, based on input from Recruiters, Accounts, and Personnel staff. These configurations are periodically refined based on the actual effectiveness of the system’s evaluations.

Among the parameters considered for each candidate, the geo-location of their residence is also included to help limit commuting stress, which is important for companies that prioritize work-life balance.

The process of handling a resource request (request, search, interview, evaluation) is managed using a “state machine” mechanism that controls the workflow of task assignments.

Among the reports produced by the system is the trend of ICT profile requests to track the company’s overall performance in relation to the market.
